💫 We meet 1x a week as a private community:

💫 60-minute group class covering different themes weekly and teaching on nervous

system regulation, balancing lifestyles, creating your dream reality with intention,

and some hot seat processing as it comes up 

 💫 Classes are recorded and sent to your student portal if you can't make it

💫 Access to some of our meditations, and online self-paced courses covering lifestyle

alignment, stress reduction online training inside your student portal

 💫 Student portal access as long as you're an active member

 

12-Week Group Programs Online

🫶 In Our Private Group, we meet 2x Week:

🫶 90-minute hot seat processing-only classes, calls recorded and posted in the student portal

🫶 All of our online education of meditations and self-paced courses teaching lifestyle alignment, stress reduction, and connecting with your kids

🫶 Lifetime access to your student content and portal

 

12-13 Week Individual Program Online or Onsite With Our Therapy Farm

💫 A total of 12 sessions spread over 13 weeks or you can do 12 weeks consecutively

(All of the sessions are scheduled at the prep session that is not part of the 12-week group program

The 13th week is a break week between sessions 6 and 7 where the client's nervous system gets to take a break and recalibrate before picking up in week)

💫 Everything in the paid and free community programs seen above

💫 All of our online education vault with meditaitons, and self-paced courses teaching along the lines of lifestyle alignment, stress reductions and connecting with your kids in a healthy way
