🔸 CYCLE 1 (Weeks 1-12): Remembering Safety
Primary Goal: Calm mental chaos, begin to understand why that chaos is even there, and begin to connect with the body. Many people have no idea what it means to build trust in the body. The foundation of what you want your life to look like begins here. 
🔹 Phase 1: THE MIND (Weeks 1–4)
Focus: Rewire trauma-based thought patterns, calm the inner critic, create a known sense of safety.
Weekly Themes:
Week 1: “Creating the Inner Sanctuary”
Week 2: “Calming the Mental Tornado”
Week 3: “Witnessing the Inner Critic with Compassion”
Week 4: “Rewriting Survival-Based Identity Scripts”
🔹 Phase 2: THE BODY (Weeks 5–8)
Focus: We move from the mind to the body to dig in and feel the unseen. We connect with the body, open the communication pathways, and begin to allow stored emotional energy to safely release. This is the beginning of the deep integration and releasing stage.
If you're doing 1-1, we often have a week break between weeks 6 and 7 to allow for integration to not be so overwhelming for the physical body. Group sessions, our break falls at the end of the 12 weeks before the next group's week 1 as the group dynamic lends a bit of cushion to the physical vessel. 
Weekly Themes:
Week 5: “It’s Safe to Be in My Body”
Week 6: “Vagus Nerve Repatterning”
Week 7: “Unlocking the Wisdom of Pain”
Week 8: “Releasing the Freeze Response”
🔹 Phase 3: INTEGRATION (Weeks 9–12)
Focus: This tends to be when things feel easier as a pace is likely set with your flow in life with kinks worked out so we begin restructuring your life in the way you wish it to be. We build emotional resilience, create the path for you to begin to successfully lead yourself through triggers and extract the wisdom from the event, and shift into self-trust and sovereignty.
Weekly Themes:
Week 9: “Reclaiming Emotional Leadership”
Week 10: “Shifting into Regulation”
Week 11: “Anchoring Self-Trust”
Week 12: “The Art of Becoming Whole Again”
 
Week 13, Break For Groups. 13 Weeks is 1 Calendar Quarter, 4 Quarters a Calendar Year

 

🔸 CYCLE 2 (Weeks 14-26): We begin again, but with a new perspective on life and reality this time. You've had the chance to heal, and reclaim your power, but now, it's going to start looking different. By claiming your power, you're setting into motion the real maintenance mode from here on out. We are growing and thriving, this is your future success.
Primary Goal: Strengthen embodiment, anchor new patterns built from a more healed lens, and elevate identity into service, leadership, and joy to achieve self-actualization. 
🔹 Phase 1: THE MIND (Weeks 13–16)
Focus: Check in and upgrade your identity, release inherited limitations that have been freed up to come up, and build a wealthy, peaceful, visionary mindset.
Weekly Themes:
Week 13: “Shedding Old Mental Armor”
Week 14: “Reclaiming the Voice Within”
Week 15: “Building a Visionary Mind”
Week 16: “Mental Wealth and Emotional Currency”
🔹 Phase 2: THE BODY (Weeks 17–20)
Focus: Activate somatic strength and wisdom, feminine energy flow, sexual energy integration, and power in presence. There is deep healing and transcendence when we approach this from a lens of deeper knowledge and wisdom that feels different from the first integration round. 
Weekly Themes:
Week 17: “The Somatic Self as Sacred”
Week 18: “The Feminine Nervous System”
Week 19: “Power in Pleasure and Play”
Week 20: “Sacred Rage, Sacred Rest”
🔹 Phase 3: INTEGRATION (Weeks 21–24)
Focus: Begin to lead from a more healed self, embody divine wholeness at a deeper level, and create a ripple effect of healing through presence in an intentional way. This is the impact on your family, career, community, everything. You'll see your beautiful transcendence impacting those around you because you yourself have drastically changed for the better.
Weekly Themes:
Week 21: “Embodying the Leader Within”
Week 22: “Energetic Integrity and Boundaries”
Week 23: “Being the Field, Not the Fixer”
Week 24: “Radiance, Rebirth, and Ripples”
